Egypt’s Ministry of Antiquities says that American and Egyptian archaeologists have discovered the tombs of a previously unknown pharaonic kings. The archaeologists from the University of Pennsylvania made the excavation in Abidos in the south of the country, as the Egyptian antiquity Department said. The researchers deciphered inscriptions on the sarcophagus and on the walls, after which it is the resting place of the pharaoh Seneb Kay (also written Senebkey or Senebkai), who has reigned about 3700 years ago. The archaeologists salvaged his skeleton, which suggests a size of 1.85 meters.
